Éxico is a company specialised in Project Management, offering the integral management of the development and execution of the client’s projects. We manage the project in all its stages, from the search for locations, land, premises, offices, the selection of teams of external architects and engineers, support in the selection of suppliers, construction companies and other related industrial companies, until the completion and opening of the project.
Éxico will always provide at least three different companies in each of the stages of the process, which will compete with each other as a private tender. We evaluate the different offers not only financially, but also evaluating their contrasted experience, guarantees of the service to be rendered, financial status of the company and the degree of commitment to our client’s project. It is our client who takes the last decision.
The provision of Project Management services ends when obtaining the corresponding administrative licenses with regard to public authorities, the deactivation of the project and submission of all the related documentation.
