Refurbishing of two existing premises, unifying them in a single store in Terminal 1, Non-Schengen area of the Madrid-Barajas Airport. New furniture and commercial image.
- Refurbishment of two stores that have been unified into one. The new single store has an area of 1,219 m2. It has Food and National Wines (273 m2), Food and International Liquors (223 m2), Tobacco (150 m2), Perfumery (59 m2), Watches (21 m2), Souvenirs (20 m2), CTT/Videowall (20 m2), and Promotions Zone (17 m2).

Regarding the same client’s other stores, the design concept has changed, which has veered towards a warmer environment in terms of materials and colors.

The construction works have been executed in phases, so that the store has remained open throughout the work. This has involved an extra effort of control and coordination.
- The works ended on January 17, 2019.
Comprehensive management of the entire project within the general airport regulation and in compliance with Madrid-Barajas Airport requirements. Process of permits, certificates and licenses with the local authorities.
